Our award-winning development at Tornagrain – the Highlands’ newest town and an exemplar for modern country living with wonderful local amenities – is moving to renowned placemakers, Places for People.

The re-brand means that Tornagrain – currently a ZeroC development – will come directly under our parent company – Places for People. As such, it will join a portfolio of high-quality developments that includes The Engine Yard and The Green at Edinburgh, and Chapelton and Rowett South near Aberdeen.

Whether you’re already living at Tornagrain or you’ve yet to move in, we want to assure you that nothing significant will change, not even your contract! We’re the same people, delivering the same high-quality homes – we’re just reverting to our parent company name of Places for People.

What you will find slightly different however is our signage, which will be updated with our new brand and logo. We’re also re-branding our sales and marketing suite, which will have a new look and feel too. But you can still expect to see the same friendly faces!

We’re excited about the refresh and we’re hoping to have everything ready in the next few weeks. In the meantime, our doors our open and – subject to our Covid-19 safety measures – it’s business as usual.

If you haven’t yet discovered Tornagrain – we still have some stunning 3-bedroom homes available through the Shared Equity scheme – why not book an appointment to come and take a look?

With open green spaces, pretty neighbourhood squares and local shops all a short walk away, you’ll find the Tornagrain lifestyle is hard to beat.
