Thousands of homes have already been built and sold at Places for People’s Brooklands development in Milton Keynes. We are working alongside David Wilson Homes and Barratt Homes to create the community; together the partners have already delivered 1,800 design-led homes of mixed tenure, as well as essential infrastructure that will help residents to sustainably live, work and play. Roads, playgrounds, green space – including six kilometres of pathways and 30,000 new trees – two new primary schools and a high school have each helped anchor this place as a new neighbourhood.
The properties on previous phases have been snapped up by house hunters, and due to unprecedented demand we have started work on the 23 one and two-bedroom apartments, as part of our final phase at Brooklands Square. The apartments are available to reserve off plan - and for sale through Shared Ownership - with customers able to move into their new homes from spring 2022.
Places for People’s Head of Sales and Marketing, Francesca Tizzard said: “We’re delighted with the success of Brooklands to date and to be pushing ahead with the creation of 23 new apartments.
“Brooklands is an exceptionally popular development, and we are excited to be launching our final Brooklands Square phase with the apartments for sale through the Shared Ownership scheme. It’s the first time we’ve been able to offer one-bedroom apartments at the development, so I am sure these will prove to be very popular.
“I’d urge anyone interested to come and speak to our Sales Executives to ensure they secure their preferred apartment.”
