Chapelton is much more than a new housing development. It is a long-term vision to create a new sustainable town and is well on its way to becoming an established and tight knit community.
At Chapelton, many events are organised for families and locals which range from workshops to charity runs and bike rides that provide fun for the full family.
Most recently, Chapelton hosted it’s first Farmer’s Market of the year bringing a wide variety of Scottish producers to the town to showcase their offerings. The market welcomed more than 30 stallholders showcasing a rage of artisan produce, including beers, home bakes, sauces, seafood and more. Hundreds of residents and locals attended the market and has continued to be one of the most popular events in Chapelton.
Our sales executive Karen was also on hand at the event to speak to anyone who was interested in a Places for People home at Chapelton – with help from our furry mascot Cooper (pictured below). With a range of buying and rental options available in our latest phase there is a home for everyone. A mix of Shared Equity, Outright Sale and Mid-Market Rental homes have been released which feature combination of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Miss out on this market? Don’t worry the next farmer’s market will take place on the 18th of July. Hope to see you there!
