Total mortgage loan amount is £128,250 over a 35 year term, with a fixed product rate of 1.38% for 25 months. This equates to a monthly mortgage repayment of £385.19. Per week this is £88.89 based on 12 monthly mortgage repayments. £999 arrangement fee applies. After the two-year fixed rate has expired and the client does not remortgage, they will move onto the lender’s Standard Variable Rate (SVR) of 3.59% increasing the monthly remortgage repayment to £527.87. Per week this is £121.81 meaning the customer will no longer benefit from ‘Move in from £90 per week’. All information is correct as of 12/11/2020. Rates are from Halifax and are subject to change.
