Our DREEAM project in Padiham, Lancashire, was named Best Green Scheme at the 24Housing Awards.
The innovative energy efficient development comprises of 36 flats and 72 homes.
Group company ZeroC were joint winners with A&J Stephen for Tornagrain in the Medium Private Development category. The development is the Scottish Highlands’ newest town, with a long term vision to create a whole new sustainable community comprising 5000 homes, jobs, as well as amenities and green spaces.
Our Croft development in Crawley was highly commended in Best Small Development category.
The development of 24 affordable homes created a sustainable housing option on a previously underutilised piece of land.
We were presented with the Placemaking Award for our joint venture with Urban Splash at Park Hill in Sheffield.
Working with Urban Splash, we’ve helped to transform this incredible structure into a cultural hub for Sheffield, a place in which people can live, work and play.
